Emily Hope Property focuses on providing a first-class property advisory and acquisition service for a small selection of private clients across Central London.

**A Fully Comprehensive Search** – our most popular search and bespoke to each client. This is an extremely hands-on service starting with an initial brief, sourcing and securing a property on the best terms and progressing the transaction through to completion.

**Negotiation and Sale Management** – this service starts when a client has identified a property (either on or off market) they would like to buy and Emily Hope Property steps in to negotiate the best terms and progress the transaction to completion.

3.

**Completion Handover Consultation** – this service includes producing a comprehensive handover pack for the property. This can be used by other estate agents and buying agents who are time poor and unable to produce a handover document themselves.
